Abstract

Kindness appears in numerous ways throughout daily life, often overlooked particularly when it involves individuals, we take for granted. It manifests in small, impactful acts, like a parent offering financial or emotional support, and in unseen efforts, such as food preparers or street cleaners whose work is essential but rarely recognized. This animation project focuses on these hidden expressions of kindness through a story of two characters: one enduring continual hardship and the other providing silent, steadfast support. As their paths eventually diverge, the narrative highlights the transient yet deeply influential nature of kind gestures. By showcasing these intimate, often invisible acts of compassion, the project aims to inspire reflection and draw attention to kindness's quiet but transformative presence in everyday life.
