Abstract

This project uses the tale of the Tailless Cat to explore the idea of embracing differences in relationships. Following Kontot, a stray cat with Manx Syndrome, and Phoebe, a good-hearted human who sees past her imperfections, it demonstrates how empathy and understanding can transform lives. Their relationship demonstrates how empathy can transcend rejection and foster deep bonds. The animation emphasizes the value of welcoming others by fusing a heartwarming tale with thoughtfully created imagery. The goal of The Tailless Cat is to encourage viewers to value individuality and create more solid, accepting bonds with others.
