Abstract

The project on Wi-Fi Security Auditing Tool (YSAT) for PC Image tackles a set of problems concerning secure and robust Wi-Fi management. Currently, threat detection, vulnerability testing, and follow-up actions represent problematic activities for the IT support personnel of PC Image. This new technology will automate threat detection, reporting, and manage network security. The project involves requirement analysis, tool design, function implementation, and usability improvement. YSAT will help IT staff automatically check weaknesses and find possible threats, producing useful results. It gives real-time monitoring and increase the response toward the threat and provides easy manageable dashboards in managing network security. Wireshark, Scapy, Aircrack-ng, Nmap, and Kali Linux are used amongst other tools in the course of executing these in-depth checks. These tools are supported by development and documentation platforms like as Visual Studio Code and Microsoft Word, which guarantee smooth integration and detailed reporting. The adoption of YSAT will eventually provide them with a strong, automated, efficient methodology for conducting Wi-Fi security. Better threat visibility will be assured with lesser heavy lifting via manual intervention whereby the IT team can keep the networks safe. The study presents an avenue whereby an organization can effectively enhance network security with automation based on modern techniques.
