Abstract
As the Covid-19 outbreak has changed our daily lives, employees also need to change their way to work from home. As physical contact is not allowed and is limited, most organizations are introducing work from home policy to their employees. This study will discuss spouse relation factors that influence employee performance when forced by the organisation to work from home. The main objective of this study is to examine the adult attachments among married couples towards employee’s performance. This study will be conducted on the employee already married, either for the government or private sector in Malaysia, by giving them a questionnaire to fill in. Based on the analysis from the survey that will conduct later, this study will prove that the spouse forgiveness and anxiety, forgiveness and avoidance have a relationship with employee performance.
