Abstract
Covid 19 Pandemic impact has engulfed all the sector and company in worldwide nation. During this Pandemic all sector and company are implementing work from home for their employee to reduce the risk of infectiousness of Covid 19 virus. Educational sector is one of the affected sectors that might lead experiencing the financial implication problems and work-related stress, which can lead to less satisfaction at work and decreased quality of life. This study aims to explore the role of financial implication and workplace satisfaction on the quality of life in educational sector. This study proposed a cross-sectional approach using purposive sampling techniques. A survey questionnaire will be conducted among over 500 respondents from educational sector operating in Malaysia. Data on financial implication, work satisfaction, and quality of life will be analysed using descriptive statistics. An increased of financial implication and decreased of work satisfaction experienced by employee of educational sector at the expected result will be a justification to proof that the pandemic has affected the quality of life in educational sectors. Financial implication and work satisfaction problems impacted the quality of life. Serving the company with financial implication and work satisfaction problems are expected to lead the decreasing quality of life to the employee in educational sectors. The expected results are expected to give a better understanding of the factors that can decrease the financial implication problem and improve quality of life of employee on educational sectors, it also can be used to increase the work satisfaction and improve the quality of life.
